Matt from Dobbs Ferry needs to know, "Where to eat in Westchester?"
Well Matt, I have to admit that with two aunts and cousins in Westchester, I have been coming here for years, but have never eaten very memorable meals (outside of their homes) I must say. Much of my dining was at Pizza & Brew on Central Avenue and the diner in Westchester.
Now that I'm an adult (or trying to be) I find myself seeking occasions to meet friends in Westchester since they've migrated there and I admit, I have an amazing source for good eats...

If you haven't read this renowned blog by Liz Johnson of the Journal News you're wasting alot of calories. She's "dead on". I've tried several of her recos and she always over delivers. In fact, I won't leave the city without checking her blog for a good place to eat. Last night we tried Peniche in White Plains and I have to say, I can't wait to get back. I might remember those burgers forever. The lamb chops are worth talking about. Literally we were there for over three hours and we were making recommendations to our neighbors.
